Free shipping on orders over $50

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery takes 5–12 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unwashed

  • In their original packaging with all tags attached

  • Free from any damage, stains, or alterations

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
