Return & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Used, damaged, or altered products not caused by our error.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at kukucoshop@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our customer service team will provide the return instructions and return address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within the 15-day window, subject to stock availability.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
